Healthcare Management: The Healthcare Management concentration prepares you for careers in hospital administration, insurance, healthcare analytics, and consulting. You’ll learn how healthcare organizations operate, how systems like Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance influence patient care, and the difference between improving individual and population health. The program also builds practical skills in data analysis, reimbursement and coding, and evaluating healthcare quality, cost, and patient outcomes.

Human Resource Management: A Human Resource Management (HRM) major provides the skills to manage an organization's most valuable asset: its people. You'll learn to recruit, train, and develop employees, foster positive work environments, and navigate employment laws.  HRM is essential in every industry, offering diverse career opportunities and the chance to make a significant impact on organizational success.
