Commitment
There are no formal guidelines for the four month program that begins in late-January and runs through May. However, it is important to note that a successful mentor/mentee relationship requires commitment by both individuals. As with any relationship, the most beneficial connections are those that have been developed over time. Therefore, we recommend each student connect at least once a month with his/her mentor. In addition to the organized luncheon meet and greet and the community event, the mentees and mentors will likely have the opportunity to connect via phone, at community events, over coffee or lunch, or at the Chambliss office.
