Leadership Program
Executive Education Leadership Program
Overview
The Executive Education Center in the Gary W. Rollins College of Business offers area companies a local option for high-quality, powerful leadership learning that provides participants with strategic skills and real-world tools to meet the business challenges of today.
The Leadership Program series is delivered in eight sessions over the course of 10 months. The on-campus learning experience offers a menu of leadership programming taught by industry thought leaders and saves area businesses the time and expense normally required for participation in out-of-town programs. The series is designed to equip senior managers as well as emerging leaders with the skills to lead under pressure, guide change, and develop teams and talent. Sessions are designed to allow participants to immediately apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to the workplace.
The Leadership Program is headed by Dr. Mark Mendenhall, who holds the J. Burton Frierson Chair of Excellence in Business Leadership and is Director of the Frierson Leadership Institute.
