5-Confirm Assignment

Once you have selected a room or your group leader selects a room for you, you will have 4 days to confirm your assignment by paying the $400 pre-payment, electronically sign your contract and select a meal plan.

  • For detailed instructions on the process, please review the Room Confirmation PDF.
  • Should your plans to attend UTC change, the pre-payment may be refundable in full if cancellation is received prior to June 1, 2025. If cancellation is received prior to July 1, 2025 student will be refunded 50% of the pre-payment. After July 1, 2025 there are no refunds.
  • Student wishing to cancel their housing need to complete the Housing Cancellation Request through their Manage My Housing account.
  • Failure to agree to the contract AND pay the prepayment within the required 4 days will result in your room assignment and application being cancelled.
