• The entire building will be occupied only by UTC students assigned through the Housing & Residence Life Department.
• Kitchens are equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
• Dining rooms include a table and four chairs.
• Living rooms feature a sofa, club chair, coffee table, end table, and entertainment center.
• Bathroom: shower & curtain rod, tub, sink, toilet
• Bedroom: 2 Twin XL beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, under bed drawers and shared closet
• Ceiling fan in the living room and bedrooms
• WiFi Access is available throughout the building.
• The building is equipped with a high-tech electronic key security system.
  • A key card offers both exterior entry and apartment access. A room key is provided for bedroom access.
• Odd-numbered rooms are located on the north side facing East 8th Street
• Even-numbered rooms are located on the south side facing Flynn Street

UTC Housing & Residence Life Information

• Palmetto Place is fully staffed with a Graduate Resident Director and Resident Assistants.
• Resident Assistants are available during the evening hours to assist students.
• Staff will coordinate programs and handle concerns.
• An office and community room are located in the ground floor lobby and available for student use.
