Housing Tours

Physical walking tours are available by appointment, starting in September 6, 2022 through December 5, 2022 for the fall semester and January 9, 2023 through April 25, 2023 for the spring semester. Tours will not be available during Finals Week or Winter Break.

Morning tours are Monday-Friday at 10:00am EST. Afternoon tours are Thursday-Friday at 3:15pm EST.

Showrooms available during the 22/23 academic year are: West, Boling, UC Foundation. During the summer we also have Guerry, Decosimo, Johnson Obear, and Stagmaier available.

  • UTC is in the eastern Standard Time Zone, please plan accordingly.
  • Tour will start at the Main Housing office on the 1st floor of Pfeiffer Hall room 112. Pfeiffer is located at the corner of McCallie Avenue and Campus Drive (705 McCallie Avenue).
  • Tour guide will escort you to each showroom.
  • Tour will take approximately 1 hour.
  • Tours are by foot, wear comfortable shoes.

Campus Tour

Guided campus tours are available throughout the week with morning and afternoon options to best fit your schedule. These are scheduled through the Admissions office.
