Residential Colleges
The residential college environment has live-in faculty who play an integral role in the programming and leadership of the community.
Residential colleges include:
- Association with an academic college.
- Strong partnerships and collaboration between Academic Affairs and Student Affairs
- Linked, credit-bearing academic courses.
- Academic experiences (curricular and/or co-curricular) infused into the residential college.
- Programming including social events, shared meals, and associated faculty-student engagement.
- One or more Living Learning Communities are offered within each Residential College.

Arts and Sciences Residential College
Location: Decosimo Apartments
The Arts and Sciences Residential College will provide first-year students with a major in the college a unique opportunity to live and learn together. Common courses will be taken during the fall and spring semester. In addition, there will be ongoing programming and events related to the course of study.

Health, Education and Professional Studies Residential College
Location: West Campus
For any residential student who is a declared major in the College of Health, Education and Professional Studies, or undecided residents who wish to explore these majors.

Gary W. Rollins College of Business Residential College
Location: Walker Apartments
For any student studying business who would like to live with other business majors. This program will help develop skills outside the classroom for success as a young adult.

Engineering and Computer Science Residential College
Location: UCF Apartments
The CECS Residential Learning College(RLC) will provide you with a unique, inclusive residential experience that takes education outside of the classroom and allows you to learn where you live-alongside students interested in engineering, technology and computer science. Live in an environment where you're educated through a unique experience that foster learning, character development, maturity and individual growth.

Honors Residential College
Location: Stophel Apartments
The UTC Honors Residential College is designed to provide unique academic and experiential leaning experiences to students in the UTC Honors College. In addition to taking seminar-style honors classes replacing general education requirements, all Honors College students take common coursework depending upon their program (Brock Scholars or Innovations in Honors). Through a range of classes, social events, the student-based Honors Council, and other programs, UTC Honors students explore their aptitude and develop as leaders, collaborators and creative problem solvers. First-time first-year college students entering the Brock Scholars Program who will be living on campus are required to live in the Honors Residential College (if you have a conflict, reach out to Dean Linda Frost see how this can be handled); upper-class Brock Scholars and any Innovation in Honors students are also welcome to join the Honors Residential College. Other students interested in living in the Honors Residential College May also be accommodated provided space allows; contact Dean Linda Frost for more information.
