Current Students

• View your housing assignment
  See your room and building information.
• Submit a maintenance request
  Tell us if something in your room needs to be fixed.
• Choose a move-in appointment
  Pick a date and time to move in.
• Request a room change
  Ask to move to a different room.
• Choose a move-out appointment
  Pick a date and time to move out.
• Submit a housing cancellation request
  Let us know if you no longer need housing.

Future or Returning Students

• Apply for Academic Year Housing
  Apply to live on campus for the fall and spring term.
• Apply for Spring Housing
  Apply to live on campus for the spring term.
• Apply for Summer School Housing
  Apply to live on campus during summer classes.

Who Can Request Summer Housing

Summer housing may be available for:

• UTC-affiliated groups hosting a summer camp or conference who need housing for their group
• UTC students working or interning locally over the summer and not taking classes
• College students completing an internship with a local company during the summer
• New UTC faculty or staff who need temporary housing
