- Kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
- Bathroom: sink, toilet, and shower tub
- Living Room: couch, chair, coffee table, end table and entertainment center
- Laundry in apartment
- Staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week who are knowledgeable and familiar with UTC and the Chattanooga area

Transition Housing
Transition housing is available between the spring-summer contract and the summer-fall contract.
Students may elect to stay on campus for the weeks between contracts for an additional $11 per night fee.
- Spring to Summer - April 30th to May 12th
- $11 per night (12 nights for $132)

- Summer to Fall - August 6th to August 13th
- $11 per night (7 nights for $77)
