General Timeline for Summer Camps/Conferences
Groups submit initial inquiry forms for each group they are hosting on campus.
Groups who have completed part 1 of the inquiry form will have meetings scheduled to review the contract, policies, and procedures prior to dates and bed counts being locked in.
Groups who submitted Part 1 of the inquiry receive their tentative complex placement.
Part 2 of the inquiry form is open for groups to complete.
Groups with completed inquiries and who have completed their contract, policy and procedure meeting will have met the priority deadline for summer group housing.
Agreements/Memorandums of Understanding will be sent out to groups.
Groups submitting inquiries after March 1 will be reviewed based on availability remaining.
30 Days Before Check-in - Deposits due for all non-UTC groups.
