How do I join?
Check the chart HERE to see if the ensemble requires an audition before registering. If so, contact the director and follow instructions to prepare your audition. If not, simply add the course to your schedule in your MyMocsNet account and show up for the first rehearsal!
Why are there two sections of each ensemble and which one do I register for?
One section is for 1 credit hour and the other is for 0 credit hours. Regardless of whether you take the ensemble for 1 or 0 credits, your experience will be the same and the same commitment level will be expected of you.
You should choose the 1 credit hour section if...
The course is required in your degree program.
You would like to receive academic credit to fulfill an elective hour.
You need the hour to become a full-time student (12 hours).
You would like to receive a letter grade, which will be factored into your GPA.
You should choose the 0 credit hour section if:
You are receiving financial aid to cover only a set number of hours, and this course does not count toward those hours.
You are not full time and do not want to be charged additional tuition and fees for your participation.
