Outdoor Equipment Rentals

The UTC Outdoors Center is located on the first floor of the Aquatic and Recreation Center.
All outdoor equipment is available to any student, faculty, staff and alumni with a current ARC membership. The Outdoor Rental Equipment Program is a service to the UTC community provided by SGA.
We only accept MasterCard or Visa.
Rental Rate Periods: Daily means one 24 hour period (available Monday-Thursday) and Weekend means pickup on Friday and return on Monday, during business hours.
Equipment returned late is charged at the daily rate for every day the equipment is late.
Renter is held financially responsible for cleaning, theft, loss, unusual wear and tear damage, and any late fees assessed.
Any fees not paid within one moth of the scheduled return date, results in a hold placed on the renter's university account.
Refunds are NOT given for equipment rentals once rented.

Cycle Through the Semester:
This semester-long bike rental program is available to all UTC students and Campus Recreation members. Your rental includes a bicycle, helmet, and lock. Over the course of the semester we will provide you with work space and guidance for any repairs or maintenance that the bike needs. The price to rent one of these bikes for the Fall, Spring, and Summer is only $60.00! If a bike is rented our after the universities' Fall/Spring break dates, the price is reduced to $30.00.
Group Gear Rentals:
All student groups and organizations wanting gear for a program will be charged a rental fee and must arrange their rentals in advance. Cost will vary and is based on the type and amount of equipment needed.
