Please be aware that we are currently on a waitlist for our Personal Training Program. You are welcome to complete an Intake Form at any time. However, it may take us several weeks to be able to match you with a Personal Trainer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Note: You must complete the Personal Training Intake Form and have a consultation with the Personal Training Coordinator prior to purchasing your personal training package. Once a Personal Trainer is identified for your needs the trainer will assist you in purchasing your personal training sessions.

In order to purchase the Online Coaching program, please fill out the below Personal Training Request Form. Be sure to note that you are interested in Online Coaching and you will be emailed from there! We are hoping to bring you this new and exciting platform during this time.
This packages is designed for beginners as a starting point to a new fitness program. It includes 2 separate session with a certified personal trainer. ARC Fit Starts are purchased through the ARC Main Office. Purchase of sessions will come after your first meeting with a trainer, please fill out the Personal Training Request Form below to set up your first meeting!
Session 1:includes a full fitness orientation and body composition assessment and goal setting, using our top of the line InBody testing. (1 hour)
Session 2: includes a 1 hour personal training session geared toward the client's personal fitness goals. (Come dressed and ready to workout)
Small Group Training
Sign Up Period: January 3rd - January 19th
Early Bird Pricing: January 3rd - January 13th
Basic Pricing: January 14th - January 19th at 5:00pm
Small Group Training is a 6-week program where you meet with a trainer twice a week. You will be put in a group of 2-4 participants with a designated trainer. You will meet at specific days and times with your group and trainer. Our sessions are set up to be either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.
Sessions are 1-hour in length. Times offered currently are 4pm, 5pm, & 6pm on all days. Sessions will begin on January 23rd.
Body Composition & Goal Setting

Each InBody Test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing the muscle, fat, and water values of the user. The InBody provides you with lean mass and fat values in each segment of the body to give you proper assessment of body composition. InBody sessions are purchased through online or in the ARC Main Office, you will receive a confirmation email following your purchase, be sure to fill this form out in order to set up your InBody appointment.

Registering for personal training is easy! You will simply need to fill out a request form using the link below so they can match you with the trainer that is right for you and your fitness goals. A trainer will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule your consultation and fitness assessment. Please contact Scarlett Vineyard, Coordinator of Fitness, with any questions.
