Honors designations are based on students’ UTC GPA (cumulative institutional GPA) and are determined after grades for the final semester of enrollment are posted to the student's record. To be eligible for Latin honors at UTC, students must have a minimum of 60 earned credit hours from UTC.
PLEASE NOTE: Grades are not finalized until after Commencement Ceremonies have been held. Students will be identified during the ceremony as "Latin Honors Candidates" to indicate that they were eligible to receive university honors at the time of calculation. University honors will not have been officially awarded by time ceremonies take place, and will only be official once grades have been finalized.
