Transfer Information
The University welcomes college students who wish to continue their education at UTC. Students transferring to UTC will receive credit for coursework attempted at other regionally accredited institutions. The transfer process ensures that students receive credit for college-level work that they have already completed. Indeed, the University maintains articulation agreements with Tennessee community colleges that allow students who have received the Associate's degree to complete a baccalaureate degree at UTC. This section describes the procedures the University uses to allow students to transfer the coursework they attempted at other regionally accredited institutions to UTC.
