Degree Verification

Degree verification at UTC is available through the National Student Clearinghouse. Organizations can contact the National Student Clearinghouse by web, mail, or telephone.  The information is listed below.

UTC transmits degree information to the National Student Clearinghouse approximately 3 to 4 weeks after each graduation from the Spring, Summer and Fall semesters.

If the organization requesting verification has its own form, students should complete the portion of the form with their information and then attach an official transcript or indicate that degree verification is available through the National Student Clearinghouse.

The National Student Clearinghouse verifies degrees and cannot verify GPA’s.  If you require documentation with your GPA, request a transcript using the form at this link.

If you requested that UTC not release your directory information, degree verification is not available through the National Student Clearinghouse.
