In accordance with UT Policy HR0143 - Recruiting, every position vacancy will be listed with the appropriate human resources office. The human resources officer, or their designee, should approve any exceptional circumstances that preclude the listing of a job vacancy.
Requests for search exemptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and may be requested via the following forms:
