Employee Relations is committed to promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. We provide guidance and support to management and employees on workplace matters such as conduct expectations, work performance, conflict resolution, grievances and other employee relations concerns. We also provide guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures, and other general guidance related to performance and communication, with the goal of building and maintaining positive working relationships.
