Insurance
Eligible employees and their dependents may participate in the Group Insurance Program. By not enrolling when first eligible, employees will only be able to apply for health coverage at a later date if they have a Life Qualifying Event or during the Annual Enrollment period.
- The Basic Group Plan includes Health Insurance (your choice of Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Cigna) and Basic Term Life and Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance. If an employee or dependent is enrolled in health coverage, they automatically have basic life insurance coverage underwritten by Minnesota Life Insurance Company. These plans can be separated.
- The Optional Group Plan includes Dental Insurance, Voluntary Term Life, Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Vision Insurance, Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability. These plans may be selected individually.

- Tax Deferred Income Plans allow you to defer pre-tax dollars and any interest earned in a 401k, 457, 403b. The 401k Roth allows contributions with after-tax dollars.
