Follow the instructions to activate your account and create a password for the MyMocsNet system.
All official UTC correspondence will be sent to your UTC email. Make sure you check back regularly.
- Apply for scholarships
University scholarships come in two forms: institutional and endowed funds. If you’re looking to snag a scholarship from UTC, you’ll need to complete a separate online application. Our scholarships are competitive, so make this a priority.
The last day to apply for fall consideration is Feb. 1, 2025.
- Apply for financial aid and education lottery scholarships
More than 75 percent of our students receive some form of financial aid.
Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is available by Dec. 1. Apply as soon as it is available for optimum funding opportunities.
- Apply for housing
Reserve your spot and start packing. Housing application opens Dec. 1.
All freshmen are required to live on campus unless their home is within a 45-mile radius of UTC. You can select your room here.
If you live within 45 miles of campus and plan to commute from home, you are required to submit the Residency Exception Form.
If you are a freshman living on campus, you are required to participate in a campus meal plan. Check out UTC Dining for more information.
