Training and Educational Opportunities
The Office of Equal Opportunity and Accessibility seeks to provide the campus with training in an array of areas. Training is provided for students, faculty, and staff alike. Inclusion is a primary focus in EOA. Compliance training is designed to educate employees on laws, regulations, and company policies that apply to their day to day job responsibilities. Diversity training is used to increase cultural awareness, knowledge, and skills by increasing the inclusion of different identity groups, and by promoting better teamwork.
