Mocs in the City is an initiative designed to connect the UTC community to Chattanooga: its history, activities, culture, events, and people.
Mocs in the City is built upon three (3) core values:
- Connecting our campus community to the cultural, social, academic, and professional life in the city and around the world
- Service to the Chattanooga community and beyond, with support from UTC students, faculty, and staff
- Engaging in innovative partnerships and meaningful collaborations to create positive change and solve problems
Students, faculty, and staff play an integral role in shaping the Chattanooga community. Likewise, Chattanooga offers the UTC community employment opportunities, events, and a city that is considered by many one of the best destinations in the world. We would love to partner with you to enhance diversity and engagement throughout Chattanooga.
