UTC offers Certified Electronic Diplomas

Spring and Summer 2020 graduates may order an electronic diploma

 The Office of the University Registrar continues services to the University Community while we reintegrate to our campus office. 

Our office has worked with departments and faculty to compose a schedule that supports the health and safety of community members as we look to resume some portion of in person instruction on August 17, 2020.

Credit for completed coursework

Students transferring to UTC will receive credit for coursework attempted at other regionally accredited institutions. Our transfer process ensures that you receive credit for the college-level work you’ve already completed.

Credit for your associate’s degree: Tennessee Transfer Pathway

UTC’s articulation agreements with Tennessee community colleges allows students who have received an associate’s degree to complete a baccalaureate at UTC.

rights with respect to their education records. UTC strives to fully comply with FERPA by protecting the privacy of education records and judiciously evaluating requests for release of information from those records.
