*These courses comprise the applicant's science prerequisite GPA. Four of the six must be completed with grades posted at the time of application.

All 12 courses are included in the Prerequisite GPA.

A minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA, 3.0 prerequisite GPA, AND a 3.0 science prerequisite GPA is required. All prerequisites must be a C or higher. A C- is not accepted.
