Authorized Users and Online Payment
Students
Current students make payments through MyMocsNet using the "Payments and Refunds" tool.
To authorize a user, you will have to authorize them through MyMocsNet. MyMocsPASS does not authorize users to make payments on student accounts. Check out the Authorize User video in our instructional video series to learn how.
Authorized Users
MyMocsPASS does not authorize users to make payments on student accounts. If you call the Bursar's office or the Financial Aid office, you will need to provide the passphrase for assistance over the phone. Please have your student's UTCID and passphrase ready.
For online payments, your student must create a separate account which enables you as an "authorized user" in the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Student Account Suite through MyMocsNet.
Once your student grants access, you will be able to use the following links to make payments on behalf of your student once they have authorized you to do so.
E-Check
Payments for tuition and fees may be paid directly from a checking account without writing a check or using a credit card.
There is no fee charged for this type of online payment.
Credit Card
You can make an online credit card payment, but there is a nonrefundable convenience fee that will be assessed to the card holder for the use of this service by our online vendor. You can pay by Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
