What can I do if I need to make a correction or update on my parked DASH document?
If you have completed your DASH document and find that you need to make a correction you must contact the Central Cashier at 423-425-2148. Once the document has been parked you will not be able to make changes. The Central Cashier will make the required changes and send you a corrected copy of the document.
Do new employees automatically have DASH access to enter deposits?
No. A new employee whose job responsibilities include entering transactions in DASH must go through DASH training through the Human Resource Department. Once the training has been completed with HR the employee will be setup with DASH access. The next step is for the supervisor of the employee to schedule training with the Central Cashier in order for the employee to be able to enter deposits in DASH.
