- UTC College of Engineering and Computer Science Transfer Student Scholarship - Supporting transfer students majoring in engineering, computer science or technology.
- Miriam Ash Brown Memorial Scholarship - Awarded to junior-level transfer students from Cleveland State Community College entering the Gary W. Rollins College of Business.

- What are the admissions requirements for transfer students?
Transfer students must have a 2.0 GPA or higher, be eligible to return to their previous institution and meet UTC’s continuation standards. Learn more here.
- How does UTC ensure transparency regarding transfer credits, and what resources are available to help students understand which credits will transfer?
UTC’s Get Credits is a self-service transfer evaluation page allowing students to see how their completed credits transfer and apply to their intended degree.
For students transferring from Chattanooga State, MTSU, Cleveland State or Motlow State, the credit transfer process is streamlined through preset course transfer agreements. These resources make it easy to plan ahead and stay on track.
- How does UTC support transfer students year-round?
Transfer students are assigned an advisor during their one-day orientation to assist with class registration. Paid peer mentors are also available to answer questions and provide guidance. In the spring, UTC offers a dedicated campus tour just for transfer students.
- When are the transfer student orientations held and what can I expect?
Transfer student orientations are typically held in April, June/July and December. These required one-day sessions help finalize class schedules, provide essential campus resource information and offer opportunities to connect with current students, faculty and staff.
- What options do transfer students have for in-person and online classes?
UTC offers in-person, hybrid and 100% online courses, providing flexibility to meet transfer students' needs.
