Chattanooga History Collections

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Public Library are proud to co-curate the Chattanooga History Collections. The Chattanooga History Collections feature photographs, personal papers, administrative records, books, and objects that document the rich and diverse history of Chattanooga, Tennessee.  Formerly the collections of the Chattanooga History Center, the materials were transferred to the Chattanooga Public Library (CPL) and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) on June 12, 2017. All inquiries about the collection should be directed to UTC's Special Collections using our Ask an Archivist service.
