Introduction

The Leadership and Instructional Practice Program Guide provides doctoral participants and faculty with clear guidelines on the processes and procedures required for successful completion of the Research Project of Practice and doctoral degree.

This Program Guide introduces the philosophy underlying doctoral study in Leadership and Instructional Practice at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, describes the various stages of progression through the program, states applicable policies and procedures, and provides guidelines and expectations for participants, full-time faculty and visiting faculty.
