A consistent and clear signature should be included in all UTC emails and must meet the standards outlined in the Digital Presence Policy (GE0006).

Specialized email signature language pertaining to colleges and departments may be permitted upon approval of the Division of Communications and Marketing. Examples of these can include accreditation information, hours of operation (when crucial, such as an emergency-related services), hotline phone numbers and certain alternate language that relates to the purpose of contacting you.
