Here's how to apply to graduate.
The Application for Graduation is a tool in your MyMocsNet student portal.
*Please note that the first term on the application, is not the term in which you plan to graduate, so simply click "Submit" to start the process.
PRIORITY DEADLINE (eligible candidates who apply by this deadline will receive registration time tickets for the first morning of currently enrolled student registration)
Spring Graduation | Oct. 15 |
Summer Awarding | February 15 |
Fall Graduation | March 15 |
Late applications may be submitted after the deadline. No late applications will be accepted after the following dates:

Forms Required to Graduate
- Graduation Audit Form. After applying online through your MyMocsNet account, you will need to submit a Graduation Audit for Degrees and Certificates form to the Graduate School: Graduation Audit for Degrees and Certificates Form. Check the chart below for graduation audit submission deadlines.

- Program of Study. Before submitting your graduation audit form, be sure that you have submitted your program of study. The program of study is due at the end of your first semester as a graduate student. If you have not submitted it previously, you will need to submit it with your graduation audit form.
- Comprehensive exam results. To be eligible for graduation some programs require students take a comprehensive exam. These non-thesis comprehensive exam results must be submitted to the graduate school by the department by the following deadlines.
