STEM Education Advising
As a STEM Education student, you will have an Advisor from the department of your major (typically assigned to you when you first declare your major), in addition to a STEM Education Advisor. You should contact both your Advisors at least once a semester to discuss schedules and registration for courses in the upcoming semester.
It is required that you meet with the both your content and STEM Education Advisor while enrolled in Knowing & Learning. Before meeting, please print out the Student Advisement Form and have each Advisor sign. Once completed, submit to Dr. Jennifer Ellis. We recommend that you complete the Advisement Worksheet before this meeting.
If you do not have an Advisor in your content department, we suggest that you contact a faculty member below for assistance, or you may call the department:
Stem Education Success Track
The success task map is for students to print and have in order to be successful and know what is expected if they forget or need a quick reminder. Please contact your advisor above if you have further questions about anything at all.
