To ensure all UTC students and staff are wholly enabled, empowered, and equipped to find, secure, and live in a positive off-campus environment to support their continued academic work and overall connection to UTC.

Mission

Building relationships with students and local properties, Off-Campus Student Services aims to educate students about the legal, practical, and complex nuances of off-campus housing, to facilitate the student transition from on-campus housing to off-campus housing, to advocate for students' needs as a model for students to find their own voice, and to build a positive community of returning students and properties.
