Vision
To ensure all UTC students and staff are wholly enabled, empowered, and equipped to find, secure, and live in a positive off-campus environment to support their continued academic work.
Mission
Building relationships with students and local properties, Off-Campus Student Services aims to educate students about the legal, practical, and complex nuances of off-campus housing, to facilitate the student transition from on-campus housing to off-campus housing, to advocate for students' needs as a model for students to find their own voice, and to build a positive community of returning students and properties.

Services
- Programming, resources, and education for students about rights, responsibilities, and the process of off-campus living
- Online Marketplace for rentals, roommates, subleases, and more, powered by College Pads
- Off-Campus Housing Fair each semester to explore housing options
- Roommate Matching events to facilitate positive, affordable living environments
- Resource guides for local utility services, governments, and neighborhood groups
- Checklists and Handouts to educate and guide students through the off-campus living process
- One-on-One support navigating roommate, landlord, and housing concerns
- Connect students to additional resources like legal counsel when needed
- Management of a UTC Apartment Association
- Liaison and partner for UTC and local properties
