Off-Campus Listings

The UTC Marketplace is a searchable listing of local properties allowing you to search independently based on a variety of filters.  All of these properties have signed up with College Pads, a StarRez company that brings campuses, students, and properties together.  In addition to providing real-time details about properties, the site also allows students to find potential roommates or sublet their apartment.  While these extra features require a single sign-on with UTC credentials, it enables members of the UTC community to find everything they need for their off-campus journey.
