To become a member of the UTC Property Partner Association, complete the Inquiry Form and you will be contacted by the UTC Off-Campus Student Services as well as our listing partner, College Pads (414-509-1138).

Partner Code of Conduct

UTC and Off-Campus Student Services are proud to partner with local property managers and landlords to create a network of properties that are committed to providing our students and families with a safe, supportive, and positive off-campus housing experience.  Each property listed on the UTC Marketplace (Rental) page has been verified by College Pads, a StarRez company, and has committed to the UTC Property Partner Association Code of Conduct.
