Off-Campus Housing Fair

Every Fall and Spring, Off-Campus Student Services brings to campus student-friendly property partners to join our on-campus partners to have, in one room, everyone and everything students need for a successful off-campus living experience.  The Fair is a time for local property owners and management companies to share information about their properties, the units available, and the processes to secure these units.  It is also a time for students to learn more about the resources, benefits, and assistance that on-campus and community partners may provide as students prepare to live off-campus.

The next Fair will be held during Parents' Weekend, October 17-19, 2025.

Students 

Students will be able to register for the event through MocSync...it is a great time to learn more about the off-campus housing process as well as the many local property options.

Landlords and Property Managers 

This event is for properties registered with College Pads and listed on the UTC Off-Campus Housing Marketplace.
