Off-Campus Housing Fair

Every Fall and Spring, Off-Campus Student Services brings to campus student-friendly property partners and community services to join our on-campus partners to have, in one room, everyone and everything students need for a successful off-campus living experience.  The Fair is a time for local property owners and management companies to share information about their properties, the units available, and the processes to secure these units.  It is also a time for students to learn more about the resources, benefits, and assistance that on-campus and community partners may provide as students prepare to live off-campus.

The next Fair will be held February 17, 2026 from 1pm - 6pm.

Free Food, Giveaways, and Prizes!

Students 

Students will be able to register for the event through MocSync...it is a great time to learn more about the off-campus housing process as well as the many local property options.  Whether you register or not, please feel free to drop by and bring your parents/guests too.

Landlords and Property Managers 

This is a great opportunity to start a wonderful partnership with UTC and introduce your properties to the UTC community.
