Post-Baccalaureate Students
Definition - A student who already has a bachelors degree and is pursuing an additional undergraduate degree.
In order to receive financial aid, you must:
- Be admitted as a Post-Baccalaureate (Post-Bac) degree seeking student
- Be enrolled at least half time (six credit hours)
- Complete the FAFSA online at studentaid.gov
Post-baccalaureate students can only receive Direct Student Loans at the undergraduate loan limit of $7,500 for dependent students or $12,500 for independent students, per academic year. This amount will be split half for fall and half for spring. Total cannot exceed aggregate loan limit of $31,000 (dependent students) or $57,500 (independent students), including loan total received while obtaining previous bachelor's degree.
