Vice Chancellor for Advancement at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga
The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the University of Chattanooga Foundation is seeking a Vice Chancellor/Executive Director to shape the future of development at a pivotal moment of growth and momentum. Serving as the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's chief advancement officer and the executive director of the University of Chattanooga Foundation, this leader will set the vision and strategy for all philanthropic, alumni and external engagement efforts. Working closely with the Chancellor, the Foundation Board and community partners, the Vice Chancellor will design and lead a comprehensive advancement enterprise, manage a high-performing team, steward major principal gifts and serve as a trusted ambassador to alumni, donors and civic leaders. With responsibility for both university advancement and foundation governance this position offers meaningful influence, broad scope and the chance to leave a lasting legacy at a public university deeply connected to its region and mission.
Dean of Honors College for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga
Reporting to the Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the Dean provides academic and administrative leadership for the Honors College, shaping its strategic direction and ensuring the success of its programs, faculty, staff, and students. The Dean advances the College’s mission by promoting rigorous honors education, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, enhancing student success, and stewarding resources effectively. The Dean will have the opportunity to strengthen the College’s national profile, deepen relationships with alumni, and expand partnerships across the university and the Chattanooga community. A key priority will be sustaining innovative programs like Grand Challenge Scholars, which bridges engineering and honors coursework and engages students across disciplines. The Dean will also guide strategies for student recruitment, retention, and graduation, identifying resources and teaching infrastructure to support program growth and innovation.
