Printing, Copying, and Scanning in the Library

Printing

  • Printing is available from the library's PCs and library-owned wireless laptops.
  • Print from a personal device using MocsPrint Mobile.
  • Print jobs can be paid for and retrieved at any all-in-one printer within the library.
  • Pay for printing using a MocsCard or Guest Card
  • Faculty/staff can charge printing to a department using a 10-digit account number (with departmental approval).

Scanning

All scanning is free of charge. All-in-one printers throughout the library are capable of scanning documents directly to email. Additional library scanners:

  • Epson Perfection V330 Scanner
    • Located next to microfilm machines on the Ground Floor
    • Scans to computer for basic document editing and sharing
  • KIC Scanner
    • Located next to Quick Print computer stations on the First Floor
    • Excellent for scanning books quickly
    • Scans directly to flash drive or email
  • Epson WorkForce GT1500 Document Scanners
    • Located across from the Help Desk on the Second Floor
    • Includes auto feed for quick scanning of multipage documents
    • Scans to computer for basic document editing and sharing
  • Epson Expression 11000XL Hi-Res Photo Scanner
    • Located in library Studio on the Third Floor
    • Can scan film negatives, slides, and oversized documents
    • Scans to computer for advanced photo and document editing
