Connecting to Library Resources

Via Wireless Network

On-campus wireless access to library resources for personal devices is administered through the UTC Information Technology Division and is available to current UTC students, staff, and faculty.

For assistance with wireless configuration, please visit the UTC Wireless Networks page. If you have any questions, or encounter issues with your MocsNet (UTC ID) username and password, please contact the UTC Computer Help Desk at 423-425-4000.

Guest Wireless Access

  • Requires email address & cell phone.
  • Bandwidth limits apply.
  • No access to UTC Library databases.

Via Off-Campus Internet

Off-campus access to library subscription databases is restricted to current UTC students, faculty and staff. To use UTC Library subscription databases, log in with your UTC ID and password just as you do with MyMocsNet.
