Saroj Khanal
Saroj received the B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2014. Since 2017, he has been working toward the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, United States. His current research centers on electric vehicle charging management, modular multilevel converters, and distributed optimization. His main research interests include power system optimization and control, grid integration of distributed energy resources, power system economics and electricity markets.
Saroj earned his M.S. degree in August 2019 after his successful thesis on design and applications of modular multilevel converters (MMC). He jonied National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in May 2019.
