Who is considered a transfer student?
You are considered a transfer student at UTC if you are seeking admission as a degree-seeking student and have been registered at another college or university where you earned at least 12 hours of transferable college-level, non-development coursework. Otherwise, you must apply as a freshman. For questions relating to transfer admissions, please contact Stephanie Orr in the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
