Post-Baccalaureate Application Checklist and Requirements
Post-Baccalaureate Degree Seeking
A student who already has a bachelor’s degree and is interested in pursuing an additional undergraduate degree at UTC.
Post-Baccalaureate students must submit the following to complete their files:
- Admissions Application
- $30 Application Fee
- Transcripts from all colleges or universities attended (Note that all foreign transcripts are required to go through WES evaluation prior to the awarding of credit by the University.)
Once all information has been received, a decision will be made in 15 to 20 business days.
All Financial Aid recipients please note: Financial aid eligibility could be affected if additional transcripts are received after your admission to UTC. Any student with 225 or more attempted hours will not be eligible to receive any federal or state aid. Review the UTC Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy.

Post-Baccalaureate Non Degree
If you already have a bachelor’s degree from UTC or another college or university and are not interested in pursuing a degree but would like to take additional undergraduate courses for professional reasons, you should apply as a Post-Baccalaureate Non-Degree Student.
This student type is not eligible for financial aid.
Post-Baccalaureate Non-Degree students must submit the following information to complete their file:
- Admissions Application
- $30 Application Fee
- Proof of undergraduate degree (final transcript or copy of diploma)
Once all information has been received, a decision will be made in 10 to 15 business days.

Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Certification
A student who already has a bachelor’s degree and is seeking initial or the renewal of current teaching endorsement.
Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Certification students must submit the following information to complete their files:
- Admissions Application
- $30 Application Fee
- Proof of undergraduate degree (final transcript or copy of diploma)
Once all information has been received, a decision will be made in 10 to 15 business days.
