RCIO Conference Registration & Lodging
Conference Registration
Registration for RCIO 2026 is open and will remain open through the main conference day (November 7). All registrations (and payments) must be managed through the internet-based process outlined below. Registration rates for this year's conference are $100 for non-student professionals and $40 for students (undergraduate or graduate). If you are planning to attend RCIO this year, please register as soon as you can so we can have accurate numbers for planning food and space. Note that registrations received after October 31, 2026 may not include lunch, given caterer limitations to food order adjustments after that point. Alternative food options will be shared with anyone affected by this situation.
Please note the following important points applicable to all registrants:
- To avoid complications with processing your registration, payment is due at the time you are completing your online registration (by credit/debit card is easiest - The current process accepts only Visa or Mastercard branded cards for these types of payments).
- It is best/easiest if each registrant pays directly for themselves using a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card, but the registration portal linked below has an option for someone to enter a group or batch of registrants. - Registrations are processed through UT Conferences and Event Services.
- After finalizing your registration and making your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Conference Lodging
Any hotel near the downtown area is conveniently located to the conference site (the UTC University Center). To help with costs of attending RCIO, we have coordinated special rates or discounts at the following conveniently located properties.
- We are pleased to offer a special arrangement for RCIO attendees at the newly opened Waymark, Tapestry by Hilton hotel in Downtown Chattanooga for rooms at $289 per night. The cutoff date for this special arrangement is September 7, but RCIO guests are encouraged to contact the hotel after this date if they are reserving a room past that deadline.

- Another special arrangement has been made with a new property in downtown Chattanooga, the Caption by Hyatt, Chattanooga for rooms at $299 per night.
