Conference Registration

Registration for RCIO 2026 will open in Summer 2026 and remain open through the main conference day (November 7). The registration process (and all payments) must be managed through the internet-based process outlined below. Registration rates for this year's conference are $100 for non-student professionals, $45 for graduate students, and $35 for undergraduate students. Please note that registrations received after October 31, 2026 may not include lunch, given caterer limitations to food order adjustments after that point. Alternative food options will be shared with anyone affected by this situation. 

Please note the following important points applicable to all registrants:

  • To avoid complications with processing your registration, payment is due at the time you are completing your online registration (by credit/debit card is easiest - UTC accepts only Visa or Mastercard branded cards for these types of payments).
  • It is best/easiest if each registrant pays directly for themselves using a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card. If there is a need for a batch payment (to support a group of registrants, for example), this can be done by having each registrant complete the registration process up to the final page of the registration process before payment. Printing that page and submitting it along with a single check to cover payment for however many registrations are being submitted will enable accurate processing here at UTC. After noting the points above, please follow these instructions to register:

  1. Click here [*link available Summer 2026] to access the registration system for RCIO 2026, or copy/paste the following short link into your browser: **
  2. Registrations are processed through the UTC Marketplace. Log-in to your existing account (if you are a UTC student or have submitted an application or program interest inquiry in the past) or create a new account following the instructions on the screen. If you're not sure, use the forgot password link to see if your email address is linked to an account in this system already.
  3. Follow the instructions and enter the requested information to create your registration profile.
  4. Locate the RCIO 2026 event on the calendar of active events (November 7, 2026). Click the label for this event to start your registration. In the pop-up details window that will immediately show, scroll to the bottom and click "Register" or "Continue Registration" (depending on if you've already started a session in this system).
  5. When creating your registration profile, you will be asked to select your registration "ticket type" from a drop-down menu. Your options are non-student working professional, graduate student, or undergraduate student. Select the option that best describes your situation and then continue on to payment.
  6. After finalizing your registration and making your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Paying by credit/debit card is the best option. If you need to be invoiced so you can pay by check, follow these additional instructions:

  1. Fully complete your registration and submit (as outlined above), but do not go into the submit payment process.
  2. Re-access the UTC Self-Service Center (this is what you logged into to get to the registration application itself)
  3. Select the Applications button in the upper left-hand corner of the page
  4. Select the Summary button under the UTC Marketplace header
  5. Select the Print hyperlink under the “Action” column
    1. Note: Make sure to select the Print hyperlink and not the Print button
  6. Mail any invoices and payments to UTC Bursar’s Office at the address on the invoice

Any hotel near the downtown area is conveniently located to the conference site (the UTC University Center). To help with costs of attending RCIO, we have coordinated special rates or discounts at the following conveniently located properties.
