Air Quality
The testbed has a variety of Air Quality sensors created by Purple Air. These sensors report back a variety of information including temperature, humidity, particle matter content and more. Below is a realtime demonstration of the PurpleAir readings throughout the testbed. These readings are ingested by our Kafka server, at which point Elastic Search, Kibana and Grafana can handle advanced data manipulation and graphing.
Below is a live, composite graph of the PM2.5 readings from all sensors, handled by Grafana. On the bottom, you can see a color key mapping a sensor+statistic to a color. You can click on each of these to see them individually instead of combined. You can also hit Control [^] (Windows/Linux) or Command [⌘] (macOS) while clicking items to show multiple items at once.
