Nightingala: Thank You!
Although we were disappointed to cancel the in-person NightinGala for this year, we tried a different strategy. With a successful crowd funding event instead of our in person celebration this year we raised close to $30,000 to support simulation. We are hopeful that we will be able to have an in-person event in Spring 2022 so watch for updates.
Nightingala 2019, complete with food, drink, music, and dancing, was a big success! Be sure to view the video of the evening. Photos are available on our Flickr page.
The 2018 NightinGala was a grand success! See the full photo album. Although the event is complete, you can still contribute by becoming a member of the 1973 Society. So far the event has raised over $42,000 to support the Simulation Center in the School of Nursing.
40th Anniversary Celebration
To celebrate its anniversary, the school hosted a 40th Anniversary Celebration on May 13, 2017. The school also celebrated 10 years of its RN-BSN Gateway program and the 20th anniversary of the School of Nursing’s master’s of science degree with a nurse practitioner concentration.
