EngAGING Communities Tennessee Faith Initiative
Dear Friends,
The University of Tennessee Chattanooga College of Nursing received funding to begin the Engaging Communities initiative in 2021. Unbelievably, we are closing out our 5th year of this amazing work which has forged new partnerships, relationships, and most importantly a strong faith community network focused on older adult and caregiver health. In the coming months, we look forward to sharing our final impact report. Until then, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Tennessee Department of Health Office of Healthy Aging and the following partners, many who joined the journey in 2021.
