2. Select “Apply for Benefits"
3. Select Appropriate Form
VA Form 22-1990 (Chapters 30,32,33,1606, and 1607)
VA Form 22-1990E (Chapter 33 Family Members T.O.E)
VA Form 22-5490 (Chapter 35 DEA)
4. Select "Applying for a New Benefit"
5. Complete and submit online application
