Engineering Technology Management: Engineering Management, B.S.
Engineering Management is a concentration within the Engineering Technology Management undergraduate degree. This program equips students to excel in overseeing technical projects and teams and can be completed 100% online or through a combination of online and in-person coursework. The program teaches students to manage all phases of engineering projects, from planning and design to execution and evaluation. They also study project management, systems engineering, quality control and engineering economics.
The curriculum combines engineering principles with management techniques, preparing graduates for leadership roles in manufacturing, healthcare and information technology. Our faculty, drawing on extensive industry experience, offer hands-on training in advanced engineering management practices. They also connect students with valuable networking opportunities, internships and jobs.
Engineering Management Minor
The Engineering Management minor enriches degrees in engineering, science, business and math by offering six focused courses in project management, systems engineering, quality control and engineering economics. It pairs seamlessly with civil engineering, mechanical engineering and business administration degrees, providing valuable management skills and expanding career opportunities.
